Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tuna

Season the albacore tuna with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan for about 1-2 minutes on each side until cooked but still pink in the center. Let it rest before slicing.

  2. 2

    Chill the Prawns

If using cooked prawns, chill them in the refrigerator until ready to serve. If using raw, cook them in boiling water until pink and opaque, then chill.

  3. 3

    Roast the Tomatoes

Slice the tomatoes and roast them in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes until they are slightly charred and softened.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Plate the Ingredients

On a large platter, arrange the prosciutto, sliced seared tuna, chilled prawns, hummus, crumbled feta, roasted tomatoes, and olives artistically.

  2. 5

    Serve with Pita

Warm the pita bread slightly, then cut into wedges and serve on the side for dipping into the hummus.
