Prepare the Meats
Slice the cured Oyama meats (salami, prosciutto, and chorizo) into thin, bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a large wooden board.

Arrange the Cheeses
Cut the aged cheddar into cubes, slice the brie into wedges, and crumble the gorgonzola. Place the cheeses around the meats on the board.

Add Fruits and Condiments
Scatter the seedless grapes around the meats and cheeses. Place the raisin crisps, cornichons, and a small bowl of grainy mustard in the center of the board for dipping.
