Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wonton Chips

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut wonton wrappers into triangles and arrange them on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with sesame oil and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ahi Tuna

Finely dice the Ahi tuna and mix in a bowl with soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Avocado and Mango

Dice the avocado and mango into small cubes. In a separate bowl, gently combine the diced avocado and mango. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Stack

On a serving plate, layer the marinated Ahi tuna, followed by the avocado-mango mixture. Repeat the layers as desired, finishing with a layer of tuna on top. Garnish with chopped cilantro.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Ahi Tuna Stack with the crispy wonton chips on the side for dipping.
