Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the rib steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Heat a grill or skillet over high heat. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Fries Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Cut the russet potatoes into fries and soak in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 4

    Fry the Potatoes

Drain and pat dry the potatoes. Toss with olive oil and salt, then bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Roasted Tomato & Broccolini Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cherry tomatoes and broccolini with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. 6

    Roast the Vegetables

Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
