Cooking the Pork Chop

Cook the Pork Chop
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chop and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from heat and let rest.
Making Mac n' Cheese

Cook the Elbow Macaroni
In a large pot, boil water and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine Macaroni and Cheese Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated. Keep warm.
Making Mango & Green Apple Chutney

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine diced mango, green apple, onion, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and salt.

Cook the Chutney
Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the fruits soften and the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let cool.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Serve the pork chop with a generous portion of mac n' cheese and top with the mango & green apple chutney.
