Preparing the Lamb Chops

Coat the Lamb Chops
Add the lamb chops to the marinade and ensure they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).

Grill the Lamb Chops
Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
Making the Mint Sauce

Prepare the Mint
In a bowl, add the fresh mint leaves and sugar. Pour boiling water over the mixture and let it steep for about 10 minutes.

Add Vinegar and Salt
After steeping, add white vinegar and salt to the mint mixture. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and salt.

Cool the Sauce
Allow the mint sauce to cool to room temperature before serving.

Plate the Dish
Once the lamb chops are grilled to perfection, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serve the lamb chops on a plate with a generous drizzle of mint sauce on the side.
