Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Fries
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips. Rinse under cold water to remove excess starch, then dry them thoroughly.
2. Fry the Potatoes
Heat a pot of oil over medium heat. Once hot, fry the potatoes in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels, then season with salt.
3. Prepare the Steak
Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
4. Grill the Steak
Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Add olive oil and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.
5. Make Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
