Prepare the Shrimp
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the colossal shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove them from the pot and immediately place them into an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for a few minutes.

Serve the Shrimp
Once the shrimp are cooled, remove the shells and devein if necessary. Arrange them on a serving platter with the cocktail sauce in the center.
