Roasted Bone Marrow

Preparation and Serving

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

    Prepare the Bones

    Place the beef marrow bones upright on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

    Roast Bones

    Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the marrow is bubbly and has begun to pull away from the bone.

    Prepare Toppings

    While the bones are roasting, crumble the blue cheese and chop the fresh parsley.

    Serve

    Once the marrow is roasted, remove from the oven. Serve immediately with fig jam, crumbled blue cheese, and fresh parsley on top.
