Dumpling Filling

Method

Dumpling Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, grated ginger, soy sauce, chopped bok choy, and chopped pickled serrano peppers. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Dumplings

Take a dumpling wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the lobster filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over the filling to create a half-moon shape, and pinch the edges to seal tightly. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

  3. 3

    Cook the Dumplings

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Carefully drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the surface and are cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.

  4. 4

    Serve

Serve the dumplings hot with additional soy sauce or a dipping sauce of your choice.
