Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Butter

In a bowl, combine the unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Escargot

If using canned escargot, rinse them under cold water. For fresh escargot, clean and prepare them according to your preferred method.

  3. 3

    Combine and Bake

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the escargot in their shells or in a baking dish. Spoon the garlic parsley butter generously over each escargot. Drizzle with Burgundy wine.

  4. 4

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the butter is bubbling and the escargot are heated through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately with slices of French baguette for dipping into the flavorful garlic butter.
