Chicken Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the chicken wings. Toss to coat them evenly.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and then stir in the hot sauce until combined.

  5. 5

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the spicy chicken wings with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
