Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Shrimp
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the shrimp dry and season with black pepper.
- 2
Wrap with Bacon
Cut each bacon slice in half. Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Make the Orange Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 4
Glaze the Shrimp
Brush the orange glaze over the bacon-wrapped shrimp, making sure to coat them well.
- 5
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through. Baste with more glaze halfway through cooking.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven, discard toothpicks, and serve warm. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the shrimp and enjoy!
