Prepare the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

Grill the Patties
Preheat your grill to medium-high. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Add Cheese and Chiles
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of sharp cheddar on each patty and top with Hatch green chiles. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

Toast the Buns
Toast the burger buns on the grill until lightly golden.

Assemble the Burgers
Spread a generous amount of Red Chile Honey Glaze BBQ Sauce on the bottom bun. Place the cheeseburger patty on top, followed by 2 slices of bacon and a handful of crispy onions. Top with the upper bun.

Serve the burgers hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
