Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place it in a slow cooker.

Cook the Pork
Add apple cider vinegar and water to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily pulled apart.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Mix in BBQ sauce to taste.
Green Chile Slaw

Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, diced green chiles, and mayonnaise. Mix well.

Season the Slaw
Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the slaw. Toss until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble the Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Place a generous amount of pulled pork on the bottom half of each brioche bun, top with green chile slaw, and cover with the top half of the bun.
