Cook the Chicken
In a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts, BBQ sauce, red chile powder, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce. Keep warm.
Green Chile Slaw Preparation

Make the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced green chilies, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Toast the brioche buns if desired. On the bottom half of each bun, layer the pulled chicken, followed by a generous handful of green chile slaw, and top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Place the top half of the bun on each sandwich and serve.
