Prepare and Cook Ribs

    Prepare the Ribs

    Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the baby back ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

    Bake the Ribs

    Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

    Add BBQ Sauce

    Remove the foil and brush BBQ sauce over the ribs. Increase the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.

Make Cornbread

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Mix Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.

    Combine and Bake

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve

    Plate the Dish

    Serve the ribs with a side of coleslaw and a piece of cornbread.
