Prepare the Cucumber
Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds.

Muddle the Mint
In a large pitcher, add the fresh mint leaves and muddle them gently with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their aroma.

Combine Ingredients
Add the sliced cucumber, vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the pitcher. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Chill and Serve
Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the cucumber vodka mixture over the ice, and top with club soda. Stir gently and add salt to taste.

Garnish
Garnish each glass with a cucumber slice and a sprig of mint before serving.
