Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if not already done.
- 2
Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- 3
Bake the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
- 4
- 5
Broil the Ribs
Switch the oven to broil and return the ribs to the oven (uncovered). Broil for about 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and slightly caramelized. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- 6
Serve
Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Cut the ribs into portions and serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and blue cheese dressing on the side.
