Herb Panko Crusted Baked Salmon

Method

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Make the Herb Panko Mixture

In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, dill, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the breadcrumbs are well-coated.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Press the herb panko mixture onto the top of each fillet, ensuring an even coating.

  4. 4

    Bake the Salmon

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the panko is golden brown.

  5. 5

    Grill the Lemon

While the salmon is baking, grill the lemon slices on a grill pan or outdoor grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until charred.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the herb panko crusted salmon with lemon beurre blanc, wild rice pilaf, and seasonal veggies. Garnish with fresh herbs and grilled lemon slices.
