Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Cocktail Shaker
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Combine Ingredients
Pour mezcal, Aperol, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and Angostura bitters into the shaker.

Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish
Sprinkle a pinch of smoked sea salt on top and garnish with a lime wheel.
