Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Turkey Patties
In a bowl, combine the ground turkey with PR spices. Form into two patties.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 3
Cook the Turkey Patties
In the same skillet, using the bacon drippings, cook the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
- 4
Melt the Cheese
Place a slice of provolone cheese on each turkey patty in the last minute of cooking. Cover the skillet to help melt the cheese.
- 5
Prepare the Bun
While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.
- 6
Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each bun, layer the turkey patty with melted cheese, followed by crispy bacon, lettuce, and slices of fresh tomato. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar before placing the top half of the bun.
