    Prepare the Jalapeños

    Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

    Mix the Filling

    In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and spices until smooth.

    Stuff the Peppers

    Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

    Coat and Fry

    Dip stuffed jalapeños in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden.

Potato Skins

    Bake the Potatoes

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake potatoes for 45 minutes until tender.

    Scoop Out the Flesh

    Let the potatoes cool, then cut in half and scoop out some flesh, leaving a small border.

    Add Fillings

    Fill each skin with cheese, bacon, and place back in the oven until cheese is melted.

    Top with sour cream and chives before serving.

Chicken Retreats

    Marinate the Wings

    Toss chicken wings in olive oil and buffalo sauce, then let marinate for 30 minutes.

    Grill or bake wings at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

    Rub ribs with salt and pepper.
