1. Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook the Chicken
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
3. Assemble the Burger
Toast burger buns if desired. Place the cooked chicken breast on the bottom half of the bun. Add your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.) and finish with the top half of the bun.
