Preparation
- 1
Wash and Prepare the Fruits
Start by washing all the fresh fruits under cold water to remove any dirt or pesticides.
- 2
Slice the Strawberries
Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
- 3
Prepare the Kiwi
Peel the kiwi using a knife and slice it into rounds or half-moons.
- 4
Slice the Banana
Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds.
- 5
Prepare the Grapes
Remove grapes from the stem and rinse them thoroughly.
- 6
Chop the Pineapple
If using a whole pineapple, peel, core, and chop it into bite-sized pieces. If using pre-cut pineapple, simply measure out one cup.
Assembly
- 7
Combine the Fruits
In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, grapes, and pineapple. Gently toss to mix the fruits without mashing them.
- 8

If desired, drizzle honey over the mixed fruit and add lime juice for a zesty flavor. Toss gently to ensure even distribution.
- 9
Garnish with Mint
Finely chop the mint leaves and sprinkle them over the fruit cup for added freshness and flavor.
- 10
Serve
Scoop the fruit mixture into small cups or bowls and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing Kids Fruit Cup!
