Pour the raspberry mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a sorbet-like consistency.
2. For Salted Caramel Sorbet
1. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and 1 cup of water over medium heat, stirring until dissolved. 2. Once dissolved, let it boil without stirring until it turns a rich caramel color. 3. Remove from heat and slowly whisk in heavy cream and vanilla extract. 4. Add salt to taste. 5. Allow the caramel mixture to cool before pouring it into a shallow dish. Freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a sorbet-like consistency.
