Prepare the Burger Patty
Season the prime angus beef with salt and pepper. Form the beef into a patty, about ¾ inch thick.

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Vermont white cheddar on top of the patty to melt.
- 4
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the lettuce, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese, then add tomato, onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
