Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer and let it reduce for about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Capers and Chicken

Stir in the capers and return the chicken to the skillet, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  5. 5

    Cook the Pasta

Meanwhile, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  6. 6

    Combine and Serve

Toss the cooked penne pasta in the skillet with the sauce, ensuring it's well-coated. Serve the chicken piccata over the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
