Burrata Bruschetta Ingredients

Method

Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Grilled Bread

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush each slice of bread with olive oil on both sides. Grill the bread for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the grill and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Whipped Burrata

In a bowl, gently whip the burrata cheese with a fork until creamy and smooth. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Heirloom Tomatoes

Dice the heirloom tomatoes and season them with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Roast the Garlic

To roast the garlic, cut the top off a head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap it in aluminum foil, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 30-35 minutes until soft. Squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves and mash them into a paste.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Bruschetta

Spread a layer of the roasted garlic paste on each slice of grilled bread. Top with whipped burrata, diced heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and arugula. Drape prosciutto over the top.

  6. 6

    Drizzle with Balsamic Reduction

Finish by drizzling balsamic reduction over the assembled bruschetta. Serve immediately.
