    Prepare the Base

    In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

    Infuse the Wine

    In a large pitcher, combine the cooled sugar water with red wine. Stir well to combine and set aside.

Fruit Infusion

    Prepare the Berries

    Wash the blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel and set aside.

    Add the Fruit

    Add the prepared berries and mint leaves into the pitcher with the wine mixture. Stir gently to combine and allow to infuse for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Serving

    Garnish and Serve

    Fill glasses with ice and pour the infused wine mixture over the ice. Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs. Serve chilled.
