Preparation

1

Chill the Glass

Begin by chilling a champagne flute. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit for a few minutes, or by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

2

Mix the Base Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the cachaca, mint syrup, lime juice, centum herbis, and lime bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well combined and chilled.

3

Strain into Glass

Remove the ice and water from the chilled champagne flute. Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the shaken mixture into the flute, filling it about halfway.

4

Top with Champagne

Carefully top off the flute with champagne, pouring slowly to avoid overflow and preserve the bubbles.

5

Garnish and Serve

Optionally, garnish with a mint sprig or a lime twist. Serve immediately and enjoy your Champagne Problems cocktail!
