Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wagyu Patties

Divide the Wagyu beef into two equal portions and form into patties. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and smash them down with a spatula for a crispy exterior, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and add a slice of white cheddar on each patty, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in the same skillet until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

Spread house mayo on the bottom bun, add butter lettuce, the cooked Wagyu patty with melted cheddar, a generous amount of caramelized onions, and a dollop of tomato jam. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut the russet potatoes into thin strips. Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 6

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium-high heat. Drain and pat dry the potato strips. Fry in batches until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt to taste.
