Prepare Hot Chocolate
In a saucepan, combine hot chocolate mix and water or milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is well combined and heated through.

Add Creme de Menthe
Once the hot chocolate is ready, remove it from heat and stir in the creme de menthe. Mix well to combine.

Pour the hot chocolate mixture into mugs and top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
