Method
Preparing the Vegetables
- 1
Wash and Cut the Vegetables
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables under running water. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Slice the cucumbers into rounds. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and slice them into strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and slice the celery into sticks.
- 2
Arrange the Vegetables
On a large platter, arrange the prepared vegetables in sections or groups, ensuring they are visually appealing. You can use small bowls to hold the cherry tomatoes if desired.
Making the Dip
- 3
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, chopped fresh dill, and lemon juice. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and smooth.
- 4
Taste and Adjust
Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to suit your taste.
- 5
Serve
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and place it in the center of the vegetable platter. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
