Preparation of Ribs

    Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs for better flavor absorption.

    Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.

Apply Dry Rub

    In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

    Rub the mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.

    Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil, sealing tightly.

Cooking Ribs

Make BBQ Sauce
