Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold running water. Shake off excess water and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Prepare the Tomatoes
Wash the tomatoes. Cut each tomato into wedges and set aside for garnishing the salad.

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Whisk everything together until smooth. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Toss the Salad
Add the croutons to the bowl with the Romaine lettuce. Pour the Caesar dressing over the lettuce and croutons. Toss gently until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve
Transfer the tossed salad to serving plates. Garnish each plate with tomato wedges and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately.
