Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water. Trim the stem ends and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Cut larger sprouts in half to ensure even cooking.

In a small bowl, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined and smooth.

Toss Brussels Sprouts
In a large mixing bowl, add the prepared Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
- 5
Add the Glaze
Pour the spicy honey glaze over the Brussels sprouts and toss again until they are well coated.
- 6
Spread on Baking Sheet
Spread the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
