In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast, mayonnaise, diced celery, chopped red onion, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Prepare the Chicken Salad
