Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Season the Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

Roast the Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Preparing the Balsamic Glaze

Make the Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened and coats the back of a spoon.

Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top. Toss gently to combine and serve warm.
