Prepare Wontons
Take a wonton wrapper and place it on a clean surface. Add about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling in the center of the wrapper.
- 3
Seal the Wontons
Dab a little water on the edges of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal tightly. Make sure there are no air bubbles. Optionally, you can fold the corners of the triangle to the center and seal again for a decorative touch.

Carefully add a few wontons to the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Turn them occasionally for even cooking.

Once fried, remove the wontons with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Arrange the crispy wontons on a serving platter and serve hot with sweet chili sauce on the side for dipping.
