Wings Preparation

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.

Place the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they are not touching.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Wash and cut the celery stalks into sticks of desired length. Set aside.
