Method
Cauliflower Bites Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Gradually add water and mix until smooth.
- 4
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, then place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
- 5
Bake the Cauliflower
Drizzle olive oil over the coated cauliflower and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 6
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once baked, remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in buffalo sauce until well coated.
Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 7
Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, dried dill weed, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Whisk Until Smooth
Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and well combined.
- 9
Chill the Dressing
Refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
