Prepare Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut Cauliflower
Remove the leaves of the cauliflower and cut the head into bite-sized florets.

Season Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
Bake Cauliflower

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Make Buffalo Sauce

Melt Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Combine with Hot Sauce
Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in the hot sauce until well combined.
Coat Cauliflower

Toss Cauliflower
Once the cauliflower is done baking, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over it. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
Prepare Ranch Dressing

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
