Marinating Ahi Tuna

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ahi Tuna

Cut the Ahi Tuna into small 1/2-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix Marinade

In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, finely chopped green onions, grated fresh ginger, and lime juice.

  3. 3

    Marinate Tuna

Pour the marinade over the Ahi Tuna cubes and gently toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 4

    Dice the Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into small cubes.

  2. 5

    Slice the Cucumber

Peel the cucumber if desired, then slice it thinly into rounds or half-moons.

Making Seaweed Salad

  1. 6

    Prepare Seaweed Salad

In a bowl, combine seaweed salad mix with rice vinegar and sesame seeds. Toss gently to combine.

Crispy Wontons

    Heat Oil

In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.

  2. 8

    Fry Wontons

Gently add wonton wrappers in batches, frying until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assembling the Poke

  1. 9

    Assemble the Poke Bowl

In a bowl, layer the marinated Ahi Tuna, diced avocado, sliced cucumber, and seaweed salad. Top with crispy wontons.

  2. 10

Enjoy your Ahi Tuna Poke immediately, garnished with additional sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
