    Slice the ahi tuna into thin sashimi-style pieces, about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange them artfully on a serving plate.

    Prepare the Radish and Jalapeño

    Thinly slice the radish and jalapeño. If desired, remove the seeds from the jalapeño for less heat.

    Evenly distribute the radish and jalapeño slices over the arranged tuna.

    Drizzle the ponzu sauce over the tuna and garnish with shiso leaves. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
