Prepare the Glass
Take a tall glass and add the vanilla vodka at the bottom.

Add Ice Cream
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into the glass on top of the vodka.

Pour Root Beer
Slowly pour the root beer over the ice cream until the glass is nearly full.

Top with Whipped Cream
Finish off with a generous swirl of whipped cream on top.

Serve
Serve immediately with a straw or a long spoon.
