Prepare the Glass
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the rim of a martini glass. Dip the rim in crushed chocolate cookies or chocolate shavings to coat it.

Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine the chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka, and ice cubes. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass. Optionally, drizzle a little chocolate syrup on top for garnish.
