Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Grey Goose Pear Vodka and St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur. Shake well until chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Add Champagne
Top off the drink with Champagne.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a fresh pear wedge and serve immediately.
