Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsweetened chocolate and unsalted butter over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- 3
Mix Sugar and Eggs
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, and large egg yolks until thick and pale in color. This should take about 3-5 minutes of whisking.

Combine Mixtures
Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly. Add the vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and mix until well combined.
- 5
Add Flour
Sift the all-purpose flour into the batter and fold gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- 6
Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.
