Cauliflower Preparation

Prepare Cauliflower
Preheat your oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Make Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add water until you achieve a smooth batter.

Coat Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.

Fry Cauliflower
Carefully place the coated cauliflower florets into the hot oil and fry for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined and heated through.

Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, add the fried cauliflower florets and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss gently until all florets are well-coated in the sauce.
